Zippee is looking for energetic Team Leads/Fleet Coaches for its Quick Commerce Operations in Mumbai. You will manage and onboard delivery riders, ensuring optimal operations and addressing real-time issues. The role requires 1-4 years of last-mile logistics experience and a graduate degree. A strong focus on team management and decision-making is essential. You'll work actively at our dark store locations in Mumbai, contributing to shaping India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in operations or last-mile logistics.
• Graduate and above educational qualification.
• Ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage delivery riders through personal and vendor networks.
• Reduce rider turnover and meet delivery SLA goals.
• Handle real-time issues regarding volume, payments, and complaints.
• Prepare data using MS Excel and Google Sheets for MIS.
• Ensure daily fleet availability and productivity tracking.
• Engage in rider retention initiatives.

Job Description

• We're looking for energetic and qualified Team Leads/Fleet Coaches - Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Mumbai.
• If you have a good network of 2W delivery partners across various zones in Mumbai, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.
• This is a field role based at our dark store, and you must be near any of the following locations: Andheri East, Malad, Navi Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
• Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders. Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
• Rider engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• Education: Graduate and above
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
