Job summary

LoadShare is building a pan-India hyperlocal/quick-commerce network with a focus on scalable operations and cost efficiency. We are seeking an experienced leader to launch and scale city operations from scratch, including hubs, staffing, and training, while driving cost models and KPI performance.

You will own the P&L for zones, partner with finance for profitability, and lead delivery personnel and operation leads with a discipline-driven, data-informed approach.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in hyperlocal/Quick-commerce logistics; must have led operations and 3P logistics in a leadership role.
• Experience in hyperlocal delivery, ecommerce logistics, food/grocery delivery, or quick commerce.
• Strong command over ground operations and supply chain mechanics (Last Mile).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost vs. performance.
• Excellent team handling, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale the operations across cities from scratch including hub setup, staffing, and training.
• Plan and execute city-level ramp-ups, pilot projects, and cost modeling exercises.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality metrics (GM/CM%, RTO, etc).
• Drive performance audits and implement SOPs to optimize cost-per-order and improve customer experience.
• Develop and own the P&L for assigned zones; implement cost-effective strategies in manpower, infra, and routing.
• Partner with finance to ensure accurate reconciliation, cash management, and profitability at the micro-hub level.
• Hire, train, and groom delivery personnel and on-ground operation leads via structured OJT and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Drive a high-performance culture through regular reviews, productivity benchmarks, and upskilling.
• Coordinate closely with client partners to align on daily ops, performance expectations, and escalation handling.
• Support inter-city ops alignment, especially in expanding geographies.
