About the Opportunity

A fast-growing leader in the quick commerce and on-demand delivery ecosystem, we power hyperlocal delivery networks across India—connecting consumers with groceries, essentials, and daily needs in under 30 minutes. Our teams operate at the intersection of logistics, customer obsession, and tech-enabled operations to scale delivery excellence in tier 1 & 2 cities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of quick commerce delivery hubs, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery SLAs are consistently met.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise delivery associates—focusing on performance, compliance, and safety standards.
• Resolve delivery exceptions in real-time—coordinate with riders, customers, and warehouse teams to minimize delays.
• Track and analyze KPIs (first-mile pickup rate, delivery completion %, rider utilization) to drive efficiency and reduce cost per delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and company policies across all operations.
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to provide ground feedback for tool/feature improvements impacting rider operations.
