Job summary

LoadShare Networks in Bengaluru seeks an experienced leader to scale hyperlocal and quick-commerce operations across cities, building hub setup, staffing, and training; manage city ramp-ups and cost modeling.

You will drive cost-per-order improvements, own P&L for zones, coordinate with clients, and groom on-ground teams through structured coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in hyperlocal/Quick-commerce logistics; led operations and 3P logistics in a leadership role.
• Experience in hyperlocal delivery, ecommerce logistics, or quick commerce.
• Strong command over ground operations and supply chain mechanics (Last Mile).
• Analytical mindset focused on cost vs. performance.
• Excellent team handling and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale operations across cities from scratch, including hub setup, staffing, and training.
• Plan and execute city-level ramp-ups, pilot projects, and cost modeling exercises.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality metrics; drive performance audits and SOPs.
• Develop and own the P&L for assigned zones; implement cost-effective strategies in manpower, infra, and routing.
• Hire, train, and groom delivery personnel and on-ground operation leads; drive a high-performance culture.
• Coordinate with client partners for daily ops, performance expectations, and escalation handling.

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Hyperlocal/Quick-Commerce Network Expansion:

• Launch and scale the operations across cities from scratch including hub setup, staffing, and training.
• Plan and execute city-level ramp-ups, pilot projects, and cost modeling exercises.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality metrics (GM/CM%, RTO, etc).
• Drive performance audits and implement SOPs to optimize cost-per-order and improve customer experience.

Cost Strategy & Profitability:

• Develop and own the P&L for assigned zones; implement cost-effective strategies in manpower, infra, and routing.

• Partner with finance to ensure accurate reconciliation, cash management, and profitability at the micro-hub level.

  Team Management & Grooming:

• Hire, train, and groom delivery personnel and on-ground operation leads via structured OJT and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Drive a high-performance culture through regular reviews, productivity benchmarks, and upskilling.

Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate closely with client partners to align on daily ops, performance expectations, and escalation handling.
• Support inter-city ops alignment, especially in expanding geographies.

Experience: 3–8 years in hyperlocal/Quick-commerce logistics; must have led operations and 3P logistics in a leadership role.

Industry Exposure: Hyperlocal delivery, ecommerce logistics, food/grocery delivery, or quick commerce.

Skill Set:

• Strong command over ground operations and supply chain mechanics (Last Mile).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost vs. performance.
• Excellent team handling, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
