Job summary

Zippee is seeking a Junior Operations Executive (Last Mile) for Delhi NCR field operations, based at our dark store near Sector 84, Gurugram. You will source and manage rider networks, oversee training, and ensure rider performance to meet SLA goals.

As a graduate with an owner's mindset, you will handle rider onboarding, engagement, and retention, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• Graduate and above
• Must have an owner's mindset and ability to manage riders/vendors, training, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing riders via personal and vendor networks; training, tracking performance, and grievances handling.
• Team management: reduce rider turnover and meet delivery SLA goals.
• Handling issues: volume spikes, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• MIS/Data Management: prepare data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders.
• Daily fleet availability, utilization and productivity tracking.
• Rider onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Shift planning, attendance, and supply-demand balancing.
• SLA adherence – delivery timelines, reliability and efficiency.

• We're looking for energetic and qualified Junior Operations Executive (Last Mile) to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Delhi NCR.
• If you have a good network of 2W, 3W & 4W delivery partners across various zones in Delhi NCR, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.
• This is a field role based at our dark store, and you must be near any of the following locations: Sector 84, Gurugram.
• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
