Job summary

myG is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager Consumer Finance to drive growth, improve finance penetration, and deliver operational excellence across assigned territories.

You will lead Territory Managers, manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners, and monitor performance with MIS and dashboards to take corrective actions. The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification is an added advantage.
• 8–15 years of experience in Consumer Finance, Banking, NBFC, FinTech, Retail Finance, or related industries.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing field teams/business units.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
• Willingness to manage multi-location/territory operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive cluster-wise consumer finance targets, revenue, profitability, and finance penetration.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Territory Managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and lending partners.
• Monitor loan approvals, rejections, TAT, documentation, and overall process efficiency.
• Analyze business performance through MIS, dashboards, and reports and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Retail teams to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct training and capability-building programs for Territory Managers and store teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financier guidelines, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Handle escalations, audits, and process improvement initiatives across assigned territories.
