Job summary

BFSI connect is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple branches for a housing finance company in Hubli. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer experience while leading a team of Branch Managers and other stakeholders.

You will lead Branch, Relationship, and Customer Service Managers; drive growth, manage loan disbursal and credit checks, and oversee collections including NPAs.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of experience in home loans/housing finance.
• Graduate; MBA preferred.
