Job summary

BFSI connect is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple branches, driving performance, compliance and superior customer experience. You will manage Branch Managers and key stakeholders to ensure profitable, compliant operations across the network.

Responsibilities include leading teams, expanding business, handling loan disbursal, credit checks and collections, and forging partnerships with builders and channel partners to fuel growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of experience in home loans/housing finance (must have)
• Graduate; MBA preferred—No Open University degree
