Job summary

Home Credit Bengaluru is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee sales activities in the designated area, drive revenue growth and achieve targets in consumer finance. You will lead a team of DSM/TSM, build strong client relationships to promote our financial products and services, and expand partnerships with GT and key accounts across territories.

Role includes setting annual and monthly sales objectives, planning and expanding POS, identifying emerging markets, and driving company expansion

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, consumer finance or CD.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive sales and partnerships across territories.

Responsibilities

Cluster Manager: Responsible for overseeing the sales activities within the designated area to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Primarily focusing on managing a team of DSM/TSM and building strong relationships with clients to promote our financial products and service

-Partnership expansion with GT and Key accounts

-POS expansion in their defined territories

• Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. Sales plan execution.
• Identifying valuable emerging markets; Provide company expansion across the location
• Promote the company's product line and sales programs in the location.

Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• More Than 3 year of Experience in Sales- Consumer Finance / CD
