Job summary

Axis Bank-Securities is seeking a dynamic professional to train, support, and engage Branch resources to drive channel acquisition numbers. You will collaborate closely with Cluster Heads, Branch Heads, and Channel teams to boost productivity of bank employees and drive overall performance.

The role requires devising regular RR drives and convincing Branch Heads to support sales initiatives; you will lead the bank's channel team toward the set targets and demonstrate experience in leading a team

Responsibilities

• Train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition numbers.
• Work closely with Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and Channel employees to drive productivity of bank employees.
• Devise and convince Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular RR drives to boost sales.
• Drive the Bank channel team to achieve targets of branches & clusters; focus on own targets; prior team handling in number-chasing domain.

• Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target. Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain.
