Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a seasoned Cluster Head to oversee a network of branches across India, providing strategic direction, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence.

You will lead branch managers and sales teams, optimize risk controls, and uphold RBI/KYC compliance while strengthening relationships with high-value clients. A track record in fast-paced banking environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• – Manage and provide strategic direction to a cluster of multiple branches and ensure achievement of business and revenue targets.
• – Drive CASA, deposits, retail assets, investments, insurance, cross-sell and fee income across the cluster.
• – Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, portfolio growth and retention.
• – Monitor branch-wise performance, productivity, profitability and key business metrics.
• – Lead, coach and mentor Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and sales teams to improve productivity and achieve targets.
• – Ensure effective management of high-value/HNI customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• – Identify new business opportunities and develop the cluster’s market presence.
• – Ensure portfolio quality through effective monitoring of delinquencies, credit quality and risk parameters.
• – Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, internal policies, KYC/AML guidelines, audit requirements and operational controls.
• – Review branch operations, compliance and customer service standards and take corrective actions wherever required.
• – Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance and other support functions for smooth business operations.
• – Conduct regular performance reviews and implement action plans for underperforming branches.
• – Drive employee engagement, talent development and succession planning within the cluster.
