Responsibilities

• Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of Branches in the Zone.
• Achieve sales targets set for the region by ensuring 100% compliance.
• Handle a team of Sales, Credit and Operations.
• Staff and groom the team, build cohesion, motivate staff, satisfy employees, and minimize attrition.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing and newly appointed team members, providing constructive feedback that supports development and growth.
• Ensure the delinquency ratio stays low for the portfolio.
• Assess training needs to accelerate team performance.
• Ensure market penetration is achieved every month.
• Identify upcoming markets and establish operations there.
• Maintain effective operations, manage the team, and demonstrate excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Introduce and implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with the product team.
