Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a cluster of branches and drive Gold Loan growth. You will mentor branch teams, build strong staff relationships, and implement strategic plans to meet targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, improving collections, reducing NPAs, and coordinating with staff to address field challenges across branches.

3. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
4. Providing guidance and mentorship role to all Branch teams
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with all staff members
6. Monitoring and evaluating key performances metrics and taking proactive measures to address field staff issues.
