Job summary

AMS in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end technology hiring across multiple functions. You will partner with senior leaders, shape hiring strategies, and drive complex recruitment projects while delivering a superior candidate experience.

You will manage requisitions in IT Infrastructure, ERP, AI/ML, cloud and digital transformation, coordinate assessments, interviews and offers, and provide market insights to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Recruitment.
• Expertise hiring for IT Infrastructure, ERP, AI/ML, Integration, Cloud, and Digital Transformation roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience.
• Ability to manage multiple senior-level requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with internal and external talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and timelines.
• Recruit across niche technology domains including IT Java, Data Science, Data engineer, Infrastructure, ERP, AI/ML, and Integration ETC.
• Drive candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions. Deliver against hiring targets, SLAs, and recruitment metrics.
• Stakeholder Management and building strong partnerships with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Provide data-driven market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment documentation.
