Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function across multiple business verticals.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational hiring requirements.
• Handle hiring across IT, KPO, Finance & Accounting, BPO, and other industries.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and achievement of hiring targets.
• Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Oversee sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, internal databases, and other channels.
• Drive recruitment for volume hiring as well as niche and senior-level positions.
