MERINO INDUSTRIES LIMITED is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage distributor and dealer networks across primary and secondary sales targets in Uttar Pradesh. The role emphasizes achieving market penetration and maintaining product mix while coordinating with retailers and carpenters on site.

The candidate will drive town-level distribution, manage receivables, ensure adherence to norms, and leverage CRM tools to report progress and implement schemes effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in distributor/dealer management and secondary sales
• Experience in achieving sales targets and maintaining product mix
• Experience in retailer network management and channel coverage

Responsibilities

• Achieve Primary/Secondary Sales targets and optimal product mix
• Manage distributors and dealers; engage A, B class retailers and distributors
• Drive town penetration, acquire new customers and retain existing ones
• Ensure wide numeric distribution in each town
• Oversee collections from receivables as per norms
• Coordinate with distributors/dealers to follow guidelines and norms
• Visit sites where laminate projects are ongoing and engage carpenters
• Communicate initiatives to front-line teams and ensure smooth scheme implementation
• Ensure visual merchandizing and outlet visibility as per norms
• Follow Personal Performance Plan (PJP) and use CRM tools

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure achieving of Secondary / Primary Sales targets; and ensure right product Mix
• Will be required to do Distributor / dealer management & Secondary management from Retailers. Handle A, B class retailers, along with Distributors.
• Ensure Town penetration, ensure new customer acquisition, and existing customer retention
• Ensure Numeric Distribution in each town
• Ensure Collections of Receivables as per norms
• Ensure distributors and dealers work as per Norms or Guidelines
• Will also be required to visit sites as part of his working, sites where Interior Work is happening / and engage with Carpenters who apply Laminates product category on Wood Substrate.
• Ensures timely communication of all initiatives to all Front liners. Timely communication of secondary schemes to team, to market, and ensure smooth implementation.
• Ensure all visibilities in outlets are put up as per norms
• Ensure PJP is followed for self, and team
• Usage of CRM system and other Tools
