Job summary

CenturyPly in Ranchi is seeking a target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive secondary sales, demand generation, and dealer expansion across the territory. You will build and manage a robust dealer network and execute beat planning to maximize market penetration.

You will monitor primary vs secondary alignment, ensure visibility and market activation, and report accurately using CRM/DMS systems. Willingness to travel extensively is essential to cover the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of target-driven field sales experience.
• Experience in Building Materials / Electrical / Durables preferred.
• Strong channel handling exposure and travel readiness.
• Experience in demand generation & project selling.
• Familiar with CRM/DMS systems.
