Job summary

MERINO INDUSTRIES LIMITED is seeking a field sales professional in India, Haryana/Sirsa, to drive secondary sales through distributors and large dealers. You will engage with retailers, interior designers, architects, and contractors, coordinating with a carpentry team for on-site work.

You will hunt for new customers, nurture existing relationships, and ensure market visibilities with the regional marketing team. Proficiency in CRM data entry and field coordination is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage secondary sales of Retailers serviced via Distributors, or via Large Direct Dealers - as per defined targets.
• Regularly meet with customers as per defined company norms
• Meet up key influencers of demand - Interior Designers, Contractors / Carpenters
• Do site work along with a separate Demand Generation / Carpenter team
• Ability to hunt for new customers, and able to retain existing ones
• Maintain high level of relationships with Customers
• Fill up data in company CRM systems
• Coordination with Regional Marketing team to help implement Visibilities in market
• This job will involve some part of Project Sales as well - dealing with Architects and Contractors
