Job summary

DJT Gold Loan invites applications for a frontline role at our Delhi branch to service walk-in customers for gold loan products, explain features, rates, charges and repayment options. You will assist with loan applications, verify KYC, coordinate with appraisers and branch operations to ensure timely valuation and disbursement.

• Attend to walk-in customers and address queries related to Gold Loan products.
• Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment options and applicable charges.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with Gold Loan applications and required documentation.
• Verify KYC documents, customer details and application forms.
• Coordinate with the Gold Appraiser and Branch Operations team for gold valuation and loan processing.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and disbursement formalities.
• Generate Gold Loan business through customer references, existing customer relationships and local market leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
• Support branch-level business targets and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML and internal operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and loan-related documentation.
• Ensure proper coordination for gold custody, packet documentation and related operational processes.
• Escalate discrepancies, customer complaints and operational issues to the reporting manager.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Follow up on loan renewals, repayments and overdue accounts.
• Inform customers about maturity dates and repayment obligations.
