A financial services company located in India is seeking candidates to help manage gold loan processes. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, explaining product details to customers, and ensuring compliance with gold valuation processes. Ideal candidates will have strong sales management experience, an understanding of gold loan procedures, and good tele-calling skills. This role emphasizes customer service, timely loan processing, and effective communication with branch operations.

Formación

• Experience in sales process management, preferably in FMCG or direct sales.
• Strong understanding of gold loan processes.
• Knowledge of KYC regulations and sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversions.
• Manage external gold valuation processes.
• Ensure timely loan processing and collections.
• Explain product details and suggest schemes based on need analysis.
• Manage gold valuation process and inform loan amounts.
• Update valuation and loan booking details in systems.
• Ensure loan processing within the given TAT.
• Follow up for timely interest collection and reduce 30 DPD bucket.
• Disburse gold loan files and manage custody of gold packets.
• Raise payment requests and coordinate with COPS, MIS, and regional teams.

Job Role

• Coordinate with branch sales team and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion.
• Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office.
• Coordinate with customers who walk in branch.
• Explain product details to customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis.
• Conduct self gold valuation and inform gold loan amount.
• Manage external gold valuation process by interacting with valuator and ensuring compliance.
• Update valuation details in system (Gold portal and loan booking system).
• Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.
• Follow up with delinquent customer and ensure customer does not cross 30 DPD bucket.
• Follow up with customer for timely interest collection.
• Gold loan file disbursal in system (may be done by BOM for most branches).
• Custody of gold packets in the office and record as per process.
• Raise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement and record as per process.
• Arrange to send the complete file to COPS as per process.
• Manage related MIS, interface with COPS and regional teams as required.
• Co-ordinate with central telecalling team for collections/follow up for payments from overdue borrowers.
• Customer Support / Service as required.
