Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
• Explain complex academic and career pathways in simple terms.

• Target-driven, consistent, and confident.
• Strong calling and follow-up ability is essential.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to discuss career goals and academic interests.
• Help students understand courses, colleges, exams, and the career outcomes of each.
• Give personalised recommendations based on strengths, preferences, and budget.
• Build rapport and trust through clear, structured conversations.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel.
• Convert interested queries into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion.
• Maintain CRM logs, call histories, and follow-up schedules.
• Work closely with counselling and operations teams for a smooth move into admissions.

What we're looking for
