Expertie is seeking an Academic Advisor in Indore to guide students and parents on course, college, and exam pathways. You will explain options clearly over calls, match students to realistic pathways, and assist with admissions through ethical persuasion.

The role blends academic guidance with calling-based sales, requiring strong communication in Hindi and English and the ability to manage high daily call volumes. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

• Share accurate, sourced information and never promise guaranteed admission.
• Follow up consistently so every student reaches a clear decision.
• Convert interested students into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion.
• Maintain CRM records, call notes, and daily activity reports.
• Work with counselling and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
