Expertie in Indore is seeking a Senior Counsellor to guide students and parents, blending counselling, decision support, and admissions sales. You will call students, assess goals, and convert genuine interest into admissions through trust-based conversations.

You will build trust, follow up diligently, and coordinate with counselling teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role welcomes freshers with strong communication and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
• Excellent Hindi and English communication.
• Ability to simplify complex educational information.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to students and parents to counsel them on courses and colleges.
