• Give personalised recommendations based on strengths, preferences, and budget.
• Build rapport and trust through clear, structured conversations.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel.
• Convert interested queries into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion.
• Maintain CRM logs, call histories, and follow-up schedules.
• Work closely with counselling and operations teams for a smooth move into admissions.
