We never guarantee admission, because nobody honest can. Senior Education Consultants will handle advanced cases, coach junior counsellors, and work with admissions to ensure smooth onboarding for students and parents

Qualifications

• Experience in counselling, education sales, or academic advisory roles.
• Ability to handle complex student requirements with clarity and confidence.
• Strong persuasion skills with an ethical, student-first approach.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to counsel students with advanced needs or complex profiles.
• Give expert guidance on colleges, entrance exams, eligibility, fees, and academic pathways.
• Evaluate student backgrounds to recommend the most suitable options.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents using clarity and authority.
• Handle escalated and high-priority counselling inquiries.
• Drive consistent follow-ups to convert high-quality leads into admissions.
• Maintain detailed CRM records, case notes, and follow-up structures.
• Mentor junior counsellors through training, call reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations and admissions teams for smooth onboarding.

Do you have experience handling complex counselling conversations and leading students to the right academic decision? Senior Education Consultants are trusted advisors at Expertie. You take advanced and escalated cases, convert high-intent leads through expertise and trust, and support junior counsellors with best practices.

What you\'ll do

• Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor juniors
