Pringle Technologies is seeking a polite, professional Call Center Representative to join our team in India. You will handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, and provide clear solutions while maintaining ownership of customer satisfaction.

This full-time night shift (US rotation) role offers monthly pay between 16,000 and 25,000 INR plus statutory benefits. Strong verbal communication and active listening are essential to upsell services and deliver outstanding service to customers.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation is acceptable (except recent B.Tech passed outs).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
