Duties/ Responsibilities

• Attend all inbound client calls and respond with accuracy and courtesy
• Follow up on missed calls and ensure timely client communication
• Understand client queries and redirect them to the appropriate department
• Coordinate effectively with Processing, Grievance, and Sales teams
• Maintain proper call records and update query status regularly
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional and empathetic interaction
• Handle basic troubleshooting and service-related information sharing
• Maintain a calm and polite tone under pressure

Required Skills:

• Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory
• Working knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage
