Job summary

SkySun in Mohali, India is seeking an experienced international call center executive for night shift hours aligned to US time zones. The role requires 2+ years in an international call center (US/UK) with exceptional English, C1 level, and strong sales acumen.

You will work in-person, five days a week, with a focus on customer centricity, objection handling, staying calm under pressure, and delivering performance-driven results.

• 2+ years of international call center experience (US/UK preferred).
• Excellent English communication (Mandatory, C1 level).
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US hours.
• Location: office-based in Mohali, India.

Job description

Pay:₹10,503.81 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Job description:

• Minimum an Undergraduate or a Graduate
• 2+ Years of International Call Center experience (US Preferred)
• Excellent Communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• 5 day working(Not a mandate Sat/Sun off, it could be any 2 days in the week with split off too, based on business requirements)
• Pure Night shift (US Hours)
• Pure work from Office and NO Work from Home
• Excellent Communication skills in English - C1 Level (Non Negotiable and Mandate)
• Great Sales acumen
• Outbound sales experience is highly preferred
• Must be from an international call center (US/UK) - Non Negotiable
