Requirements-

• 1. Qualifications- Graduate
• 2. Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in Banking 1-2 years.
• 3. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• 4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• 5. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• 6. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• 7. Managing Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
• 8. Identifying customer needs, clarify information and providing solutions.
• 9. Knowledge of MS Excel a must- all types of formulas
• 10. Capable enough to create a PPT on various topics.
• 11. Should be able to create MIS on daily work done.
• 12. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
• 13. Excellent organizational skills.
