Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in Pune invites a Business Development Executive with 3+ years of prior IT services or software sales experience. The role focuses on building a new client base in domestic and international markets, and requires field work.

You will engage CTOs, CEOs and heads of recruitment, deliver independent demos, and drive revenue through staffing and staff augmentation for IT/embedded/automotive/manufacturing domains; WFO in Bavdhan.

Qualifications

• Building new client base in domestic as well as international markets for software development projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills; capable to give demos independently; fast learner with a passion for business development; self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Experience in Staffing & staff augmentation for IT/embedded/automobile/manufacturing.
• Experience in IT service sales/product sales/software sales.
• Responsible to connect with CTO, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment.
• Candidate should be comfortable for field work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and proposals to close deals.
• Develop staffing and staff augmentation solutions for IT/embedded/automotive/manufacturing sectors.
• Engage with C-level executives and recruitment leaders to align on requirements.
