Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in Pune is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager with 3+ years of experience to build a new client base in domestic and international software development markets. This role requires proactive outreach and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will connect with CTOs, CEOs, directors and heads of recruitment, showcasing IT services and staffing capabilities, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Business Development experience.
• Experience in IT services or software sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with domestic and international markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to demo software solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Build a new client base in domestic as well as international markets for software development projects.
• Demonstrate solutions with clear, persuasive demos and maintain a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Experience in Non IT Staffing & staff augmentation is a plus.
• Experience in IT Service sales/product sales/Software sales is a plus.
• Connect with CTOs, CEOs, Directors and Heads of Recruitment to create opportunities.
