Job summary

• Explain machinery finance products to customers.
• Suggest suitable loan options for new machinery and used equipment.
• Manage dealer and channel partner relationships.
• Build relationships with machinery dealers, OEMs, DSAs and brokers.
• Generate continuous business through these channels.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues; drive repeat business.
• Collect and verify documents (KYC, GST, bank statements, income/business proof).
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for approvals.
