Job summary

SkillLabs in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive machinery loan business across construction, industrial, agricultural and manufacturing sectors. You will build and manage relationships with dealers, OEMs and channel partners to create steady opportunities.

You will lead and coach a team of sales officers, coordinate with credit, operations, legal and valuation teams for smooth processing, while upholding credit policies and risk controls to protect portfolio quality.
