Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Chennai district is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive Machinery Loan business in the region. You will lead a regional sales team of RMs and Sales Executives, build dealer/OEM/networks and ensure targets are met with quality sourcing.

Ideal candidates have 6-8 years in Machinery Loans or equipment finance, proven team management, strong dealer networks, and solid credit process understanding. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications
