Job summary

SkillLabs in Pune, India, is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive machinery loan business across construction, industrial, agricultural, and manufacturing sectors. The role focuses on hitting monthly and annual targets by building and sustaining dealer, OEM, distributor, broker, and channel partner relationships.

• Drive sales of machinery loans for construction, industrial, agricultural, and manufacturing equipment while achieving monthly and annual business targets.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, distributors, brokers, and channel partners to generate consistent business opportunities.
• Lead, train, and monitor a team of sales officers/relationship executives to improve productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and valuation teams for smooth loan processing, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC norms, and risk management practices while maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
• Build long-term customer relationships by providing end-to-end support and cross-selling financial products such as insurance and working capital loans.
