• Call and follow up with leads generated from Facebook and Instagram campaigns
• Conduct outbound calls and web meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) to pitch and sell consulting services
• Understand client requirements and clearly explain service offerings and pricing
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/lead sheet
• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and feedback
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
