1. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English & Hindi (mandatory).
2. Knowledge of B2B sales, client acquisition, and export/import business.
3. Ability to identify new markets and build long-term business relationships.
4. Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and handling customer queries.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional email communication.

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Identify and connect with potential customers in domestic and international markets.
2. Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and trade platforms.
3. Develop strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
4. Coordinate with production, quality, and export teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations, business proposals, and quotations.
6. Meet sales targets and contribute to business expansion strategies.
