• Identify and develop new business opportunities in LED lighting and electrical products.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, consultants, project managers, EPC contractors, and electrical consultants.
• Generate leads, follow up on business opportunities, and convert prospects into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer and project requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development HEAD/ MARKETING HEAD to drive business growth in the LED lighting and electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing business with Architect/ EPC Contractors/ Electrical Consultants/ Industrial Projects

Important Requirement: Candidates must have strong Architect/ EPC Contractors/ Electrical Consultants/ Industrial Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in LED lighting and electrical products.
• Manage private projects and corporate accounts, including hospitals, clinics, offices, commercial establishments, and industrial projects ( all into dealing with architects, consultants for registration of Brand for industrial projects)
• Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, consultants, project managers, EPC contractors, and electrical consultants.
• Generate leads, follow up on business opportunities, and convert prospects into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer and project requirements.
• Prepare daily reports covering sales visits, wholesaler meetings, leads, and project progress.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate; MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Experience: 46 years in sales and business development, preferably in LED lighting or the electrical industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
