Job summary

Systos is seeking a Business Development Executive in Indore to drive IT services sales across multiple channels including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and direct outreach. The role welcomes both freshers and experienced candidates and involves market research, lead generation, and proposal drafting.

You will plan search actions, liaise with the technical team, and manage client interactions to maximize revenue and secure projects. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating business through multiple channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Email, Marketing, LinkedIn, Rent A Coder).
• Prepare action plans to search for sales leads and prospects to maximize sales and revenue.
• Initiate and coordinate development of plans to penetrate new markets and projects.
• Experience with lead generation, calling, drafting proposals, client interaction and negotiation.
• Coordinate with the technical team and ensure follow-ups with existing and new clients.
• Prepare marketing collateral, respond to RFPs, and develop detailed proposal documents and commercial terms.
