Shastika Global Impex private limited is seeking a energetic Business Development Executive to generate leads through calls and LinkedIn, and convert them into orders from Domestic and international clients. The role is based at Gobichettipalayam, Erode.

The candidate will work on a 1 year contract with performance-based conversion to full-time and a hike on successful conversion. Fresh grads with BBA/MBA and strong English communication are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
• Connect with buyers via LinkedIn, calls and emails and pitch products.
• Convert leads into orders and follow up with clients regularly.
• Maintain CRM with leads status, follow-ups and closures.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate with internal team for order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns and research potential buyers in Domestic and international markets and build and maintain strong prospect database.
• Connect with buyers via LinkedIn, calls and emails and pitch company products to Domestic and international clients.
• Converts leads into confirmed orders and follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.
• Maintain CRM with leads status, follow-ups and closures
• Prepare daily and weekly reports
• Coordinate with internal team for order processing
