• Drive sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the BC channel.
• Identify, onboard, and manage Business Correspondents, DSAs, and channel partners for consistent business flow.
• Achieve assigned disbursement and login targets for LAP products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local connectors, SMEs, and self-employed segments.
• Ensure end-to-end coordination with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain portfolio quality by focusing on early risk identification and delinquency control (EDA management).
• Ensure adherence to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
