Job summary

Piramal Finance in India is seeking a Branch Sales Manager (LAP) who will drive loan against property business, achieve branch targets, and lead a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Officers in the local market.

You will build channel partnerships, manage end-to-end disbursement processes with credit, operations and legal teams, and focus on customer service and portfolio quality while expanding market presence in Telangana region.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of LAP/Mortgage sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
• Strong local market network and channel ecosystem.
• Proven track record of achieving business and disbursement targets.
• Good understanding of secured lending products and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive LAP business and achieve branch sales/disbursement targets.
