Job summary

Jio Finance Limited in Bengaluru seeks a results-driven professional to lead the Loan Against Property (LAP) business, onboard and manage DSAs, and build a strong local channel network. You will drive a steady deal pipeline and hit monthly targets.

You will conduct property evaluations, verify borrower profiles, and perform initial financial checks, coordinating with Risk, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursements.

Qualifications

• Experience in secured lending, specifically LAP or Mortgage Sales.
• Proven ability to onboard and manage DSAs/connectors.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing, building, and managing the business for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Onboarding, driving, and managing relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), connectors, and local channels to maintain a steady deal pipeline.
• Setting, monitoring, and achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets for the LAP division.
• Conducting preliminary property evaluations, borrower profile checks, and initial financial eligibility assessments.
• Liaising with internal Risk, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure seamless application processing and timely loan disbursements.
• Ensuring complete documentation, pre-and post-disbursement compliance, and strict adherence to organizational policy and RBI guidelines.
• Performing catchment mapping and market research to identify high-potential customer segments and cross-selling opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 4 to 10 years of experience in secured lending, specifically Loan Against Property (LAP) or Mortgage Sales.
• Demonstrated track record of DSA/Connector channel management and high-volume loan disbursements.
• Strong knowledge of LAP product structuring, financial statement analysis, property valuation norms, and legal verification processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
