Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance Limited seeks a field-based LAP sourcing professional in Tamil Nadu to drive loan origination through the BC network and ensure end-to-end processing.

You will build and maintain partnerships with local connectors, DSAs, and SMEs; coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams; monitor risk and ensure KYC compliance while tracking market trends to optimize sourcing strategy.

• Drive LAP sourcing via the BC channel.
• Identify, onboard and manage BCs, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Achieve disbursement and login targets for LAP products.
• Build relationships with local connectors, SMEs and self-employed customers.
• Coordinate end-to-end with credit, legal, tech, and operations teams for loan processing.
• Maintain portfolio quality through early risk identification and delinquency control.
• Ensure adherence to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Track market trends and competitors to optimize sourcing strategy.

• Achieve assigned disbursement and login targets for LAP products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local connectors, SMEs, and self-employed customer segments.
• Ensure end-to-end coordination with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain portfolio quality by focusing on early risk identification and delinquency control (EDA management).
• Ensure adherence to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.

Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to optimize sourcing strategy.
