Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth in home loans and other BFSI products. You will build strong relationships with customers and channel partners, meet targets, and coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

The role requires 2-5 years in BFSI sales, ideally housing finance or mortgage loans, and a Graduate qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – Graduate (Any Discipline).
• Required: 2-5 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector (preferably housing finance, mortgage loans, or Banking).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth for home loans and other financial products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation.
• Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams.
• Manage collections and reduce delinquency in early due accounts (EDA) and last 1 year sourcing.
• Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal reporting standards.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
• Establish long-term relationships with real estate developers and CPs.
• Ensure portfolio quality and mitigate risks through responsible lending practices.
• Plan and execute sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.
• Develop and strengthen the sales pipeline by onboarding and engaging with channel partners.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with credit, legal, and operations teams for efficient loan processing.
