Job summary

IIFL Home Finance Ltd. in Andhra Pradesh invites an experienced sales professional to manage branch operations, spearhead home loan growth through direct sourcing, DSAs, and open-market channels, and build strong customer and builder relationships.

You will develop strategies to hit branch targets, monitor portfolio quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Operations and Risk to streamline processes and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC.
• Exposure to Loans Against Property preferred.
• Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales; strong regional network.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales operations, including business development, customer service, and compliance.
• Drive home loan business growth through direct sourcing, DSA and open-market channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and builders to maximize business value and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
• Monitor branch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes and control NPAs.
• Oversee collections for acquired portfolios to maintain asset quality.
• Track market trends and competitor activity; suggest strategies to improve outcomes.
• Execute promotional campaigns and innovative initiatives to boost customer acquisition.
