• Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Post Graduation in Finance/Marketing/Business is a plus).
• 6 to 10 years of proven experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales within a Bank, NBFC, or Housing Finance Company (HFC).

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.
• Onboard, train, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, real estate developers, and builder networks to generate leads.
• Drive direct sourcing through digital leads, branch walk-ins, and referrals, while identifying cross-selling opportunities for allied financial products.
• Oversee the loan application lifecycle from initial customer interaction, document collection, credit check follow-ups, and field verification to technical/legal clearances and final sanction/disbursement.
• Ensure strict compliance with credit policy guidelines, KYC norms, and risk parameters to maintain high portfolio quality and low NPA/default rates.
• Maintain proactive communication with borrowers, builders, and channel partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat referrals.

Role & Responsibilities

• Business Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Channel Development: Onboard, train, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, real estate developers, and builder networks to generate consistent leads.
