Job summary

LAXMI INDIA FINANCE in Rajasthan is seeking a proactive Field Sales Lead to drive monthly and quarterly LAP loan disbursement targets. You will onboard and train DSAs and connectors and lead a team of Relationship Managers and field sales executives on the ground.

You will coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure smooth login-to-disbursement processing, perform preliminary checks on borrower profiles, business viability, and collateral values, and actively maintain portfolio

• Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets for LAP.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and activate Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and connectors.
• Manage, mentor, and track the daily productivity of Relationship Managers (RMs) and field sales executives.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure smooth file login-to-disbursement processing.
• Conduct preliminary cross-checks on borrower profile, business viability, and collateral property title/value.
• Ensure quality sourcing to keep NPAs low and support early-stage collections (130 DPD).
