Job summary

LAXMI INDIA FINANCE is seeking a results-driven Senior Relationship Manager to lead a sales team in Rajasthan. You will drive disbursement targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property, and cross-sell insurance and related banking products.

You will empanel and train DSAs, manage channel partners, recruit and mentor RMs, and monitor credit quality, TAT, and delinquency metrics to ensure strong business performance and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly disbursement targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property while cross-selling insurance and peripheral banking products.
• Empanel, train, and manage DSAs, connectors, real estate brokers, and builders to maintain a steady lead pipeline.
• Recruit, mentor, and review a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to drive field productivity.
• Maintain high file quality (FTR), accelerate sanction-to-disbursement TAT, and keep early-stage portfolio delinquencies low.
• Core KPIs measured on disbursement volume, active channel productivity, file submission accuracy, and zero-to-30-day delinquency rates.
