Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly branch targets for Home Loans and LAP.
• Build and manage Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), builders, connectors, and referral networks.
• Hire, train, and guide Relationship Managers and sales teams.
• Oversee file logins, initial credit checks, coordination with technical/legal teams, and timely disbursements.
• Maintain asset quality, control delinquencies, and assist with collections or NPA resolution if needed.
• Identify new micro-markets and local business opportunities.
